Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Picker-Packer in West Jefferson, OH. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to support production and distribution while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience working in warehouse/shipping/receiving operations.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or HACCP environments.
• Proficient with hand scanners and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
• Use hand scanners and WMS to perform picking, packing, and inventory transactions.
• Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing and shipping.
• Prepare items for shipment with proper packaging, labeling and securement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with counts.
• Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery following safety regulations.
• Receive materials into the warehouse and document/store them properly.
• Comply with warehouse safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff to meet daily order fulfillment and production needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving and inventory control.
