Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in New York state is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee DSPs and staffing agencies, ensuring compliance with company standards and guiding daily operations.

You will develop QA protocols, monitor performance, lead warehouse activities, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize service levels.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to perform under pressure, and experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
