Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse role in Minnesota. The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay of $19.50 per hour, with the potential to reach $24.79 per hour through incentives. Forklift experience and the ability to read English are required in a climate-controlled distribution center.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, inventory checks, and shipping tasks, with overtime possible. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience is mandatory in a distribution setting.
• Ability to read and understand English language.
• Experience working in a climate controlled facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and stage orders, returns, shipping and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and assemble customer orders from stock.
• Enter orders and returns in the system and perform daily inventory counts.
• Operate forklifts or powered equipment as required and assist with training new associates.
