Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse support role in Minnesota. The position starts pay at $19.50 per hour with potential to reach $24.79 based on incentives and performance. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Work four days per week Sunday to Thursday, starting shifts at 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM, with completion of duties as assigned. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and up to two years in warehouse/distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
