Job summary

Cencora is seeking individuals to join our distribution team in Minnesota. The role involves loading, picking, shipping, and inventory control duties in a climate-controlled facility.

Starting pay is $19.50/hour with potential to $24.79/hour through incentives, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Overtime is common and forklift operation is required. Full-time, benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required in a distribution setting.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled facility.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Overtime hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders and inventory.
• Verify received merchandise against shipments; report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and move items to proper areas.
• Assemble customer orders from stock for packing and shipping.
• Enter orders and returns into the system; maintain accuracy.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with procedures as needed.
