Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution services in the US. The role involves receiving, picking, staging orders, and inventory control in a climate-controlled facility. Shift is 5:30am start with multiple weekdays, with overtime as needed.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with potential to up to $24.79 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory.
• Verify merchandise received against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for packing/shipment.
• Enter orders, returns and data into the system.
• Inspect returned items and restock accordingly.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory procedures as requested.
• Operate forklifts/reach trucks to move inventory.
