Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Data entry, research, and documentation of receiving issues. Resolving inventory-tracking problems. Interacting with vendors to obtain information to resolve questions and issues.
2. Assist with RAM and help with distribution, inventory control, and stocking of onsite memory inventory. Regular interaction with memory vendors.
3. Prepare equipment for lease returns and assist with DTC.
4. Convey materials and items from vans or containers to storage or designated areas.
5. Maintain inventory records.
6. Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute them to other workers or departments.
7. Mark materials with identifying information.
8. Weigh or count items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards.
9. Use computer to enter records.
10. Compile worksheets or tickets as required.
11. Complete necessary forms.
12. Prepare parcels for mailing and maintain inventory records.

Education and/or Experience

High school education, related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Forklift certification, valid driver’s license.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with numbers, units of money, weight, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability

Apply common sense to carry out detailed or uninvolved instructions and deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear. Must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
