Qualifications

VNE is seeking two TS/SCI Cleared Warehouse Specialists.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of warehouse experience, including inventory management, staging, packing, storage, shipping of electronic equipment, operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment, and using computer-based inventory and bar-coding systems.
• TS/SCI level clearance required.

Job Description:

• Perform warehousing duties, understanding storage plans, verifying materials, noting discrepancies, routing materials, storing, stacking, palletizing, and inventorying materials, and preparing items for shipment.
• Operate hand or power trucks as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Communicate task requirements clearly to clients.
• Sit and stand for prolonged periods, lead and participate in meetings.
• Use visual acuity for keyboard use.
• Attend work during scheduled hours.
• Work on computer and communicate via phone, email, face-to-face.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Occasional standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, talking, hearing.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Possible exposure to chemicals, moderate noise environment.
