Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Implement responsibilities from store leadership in the outlet area to engage customers using selling skills and build complete, connected solutions while maintaining high velocity and high service levels.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising standards in the outlet store area.
• Exhibit excellence in selling skills and strategy, as evidenced by coaching forms and customer metrics (NPS and Mystery Shops).
• Support sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Manager to achieve operational results, growth objectives, and financial goals.
