Position:

Warehouse Lead at Le Sueur, MN

This position is on the night shift, Monday through Friday, from 5 PM to 1 AM.

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Lead ensures accurate and efficient end-of-production line operations and manages the movement of product and inventory within the warehouse and cooler environment. This role provides leadership to warehouse staff regarding daily workflow.

• Ensure accurate inventory accounting; assist with Monthly and Quarterly inventories.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor/Manager with timekeeping and scheduling employees to meet workflow needs.
• Monitor requisitions and coordinate shipping materials to maintain inventory levels.
• Match bills of lading with paperwork, container numbers, and seal trucks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years' experience in Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse operations.
• Leadership experience required.
• Experience operating Slip Sheet Units/Powerlift Jack.
• Experience with Sit-down/Stand-up Forklifts.
