Sycomp is seeking experienced Warehouse Specialists to manage daily warehouse and distribution activities at our Doral/Miami location. The role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficient handling of inbound and outbound inventory.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring ERP systems accuracy. The position is full-time with benefits, based in Miami, FL, and requires Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Spanish speaking and writing skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.
• High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Specialists to help manage and execute our daily warehouse and distribution activities. This position is responsible for overseeing key logistics operations, including the receipt, storage, picking, and shipment of inventory. The role emphasizes accuracy and safety in all aspects of warehouse management.

Estimated Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour (USD)
