The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for following established procedures while carrying out various functions as assigned, reflecting the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay rate is dependent upon education and experience.

Essential Functions:

• Process customer and shop credits
• Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean and safe
• Check orders for accuracy
• Work cooperatively with team members to achieve warehouse/parts goals
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Schedule pickups via calls
• Interface effectively with internal and external customers
• Pull parts according to orders and deliver to packing area
• Identify delivery methods and pack parts accordingly
• Prepare freight for delivery, secure to pallets, complete shipping paperwork
• Receive shipments, verify accuracy of parts and quantities
• Inventory parts by verifying against system records
• Place parts on shelves
• Fill emergency back orders and deliver as needed
• Drive parts to designated locations as required
• Move parts with a forklift
• Assemble hoses as a secondary task
• Conduct core inspections as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Basic familiarity with light industrial equipment (saws, hoisting equipment, hose presses)

Competencies:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Basic computer skills
• Navigation of menus and options

Work Environment:

• Noise: Loud
• Environment: Indoors and Outdoors

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
• Squatting/Kneeling
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
