Mid-Ohio Food Collective is seeking a Warehouse Specialist responsible for manual tasks related to the acquisition, storage, and distribution of food products.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

1. Load, unload, inspect, and store food products properly.
2. Replenish freezer and refrigerated areas daily.
3. Load orders onto trucks, complete bills of lading, and ensure safe transport.
4. Provide accurate product information to the Inventory team.
5. Use first-in-first-expired methodology for transactions.
6. Maintain WMS locator data and assist with cycle counts.
7. Follow Food Safety guidelines for receiving, storage, and distribution.
8. Adhere to safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications: High School Diploma/GED; Food Safety Certification (provided).

Experience: At least one year in warehouse operations, including forklift and pallet jack use.

Skills: Ability to work independently and in teams effectively.

Working Conditions

Warehouse environment, safety-sensitive, with exposure to cold temperatures. Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
