Job summary

Uneekor, Inc. is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate in the Dallas area to support receiving, storage, and distribution of golf equipment and related materials. You will handle inventory records, cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily receiving, warehousing, inventory, picking, packing, and distribution activities.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming products and materials.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare products for shipment per procedures.
• Process and maintain inventory transactions in company systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform reconciliations and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily receiving, warehousing, inventory, picking, packing, and distribution activities.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming products and materials.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Process and maintain inventory transactions accurately within the company's systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts across warehouse and manufacturing locations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and complete necessary inventory reconciliations and adjustments.
• Review inventory reports and transactions to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete warehouse-related requests from Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to warehouse activities, shipments, and inventory.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor the condition, availability, and location of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping, deliveries, loading, and unloading as needed.
• Identify process or procedural issues that may negatively impact inventory accuracy or warehouse efficiency and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and applicable safety requirements.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and inventory controls.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification and demonstrated ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter and retrieve information from business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work extended hours when business needs require.
