Job summary

Uneekor, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Dallas-area warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and distribution. You will manage staffing, safety, and KPIs, with NetSuite and ERP/WMS usage critical to accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse leadership, strong inventory control skills, forklift certification, and a focus on safe, scalable operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse management or warehouse operations experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping.
• Experience with ERP/WMS; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification and safe operation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Plan staffing and warehouse resources to support business demands and operational requirements.
• Establish and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
• Own inventory accuracy; maintain levels across locations; oversee cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Review inventory reports and ensure timely reconciliations; minimize loss and discrepancies.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of Uneekor's warehouse operations. This role will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and distribution while ensuring products and materials are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Plan staffing and warehouse resources to support business demands and operational requirements.
• Establish and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.

• Own overall warehouse inventory accuracy and establish effective inventory control processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse and manufacturing locations.
• Oversee cycle counting programs and full physical inventory activities.
• Review and audit inventory reports, transactions, and adjustments within NetSuite and other warehouse systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory reconciliations and adjustments.
• Establish processes to minimize inventory loss, damage, shrinkage, and discrepancies.

• Develop and maintain warehouse performance metrics and KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, receiving accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Create regular inventory and warehouse performance reports for Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain leadership.
• Establish a monthly reporting and meeting cadence to communicate inventory accuracy, operational performance, trends, and areas requiring attention.

• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and scalability.
• Ensure warehouse transactions and inventory data are accurately maintained in NetSuite and applicable warehouse or operations systems.

• Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to resolve inventory, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment issues.
• Work with Accounting and Operations to investigate and resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepancies.

• Establish and enforce warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.
• Ensure employees are properly trained on warehouse equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Critical Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse management or warehouse operations experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, receiving, fulfillment, shipping, and distribution processes.
• Proven experience managing inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, or warehouse management systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification and demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational and inventory accuracy.

Physical Demands & Environmental Factors

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or operate equipment and materials, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Must frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and safely navigate around warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
