Job summary

Uneekor, Inc. in the Dallas/Frisco area seeks an Operations Specialist to manage order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving of hardware, and RMAs.

You will coordinate with Support, Accounting, and Sales to keep processes moving smoothly and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a strong supply chain background, ERP experience (NetSuite or Shopify), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify; proficiency in data analysis and MS Office.
• Proven ability to analyze complex logistics challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders from receipt through processing, shipment, billing, and archiving.
• Develop and refine logistics strategies to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.
• Lead the management of customer returns, RMAs, and credits in line with company policies.
• Ensure prompt fulfillment of customer documentation requests with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on order status, shipments, invoices, and policies.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Accounting, and Sales to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Work with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
• Generate reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback for strategic decisions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in logistics.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to evaluate supplier service and quality.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving of hardware, and RMA. Your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality support.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring seamless integration from receipt through processing, shipment, billing, and archiving.
• Implement and refine logistics strategies to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery, aligning with organizational goals.
• Lead the management of customer return requests, including tracking, disposition, and processing of credits or RMAs, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Ensure all customer documentation requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to order status, shipments, invoices, returns, quotations, and company policies.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with internal departments such as Technical Support, Accounting, and Sales to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory while minimizing excess and obsolete stock, aligning with supply chain best practices.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
• Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms to evaluate and enhance supplier service and quality performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or an MBA is advantageous.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, order management, inventory, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics processes, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify; proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to analyze complex logistics challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance across all logistics operations
