Job summary

Uneekor, Inc. in Dallas/Frisco area is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving of hardware, and RMAs.

You will collaborate with Technical Support, Accounting, and Sales to resolve issues and optimize processes. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in operations or logistics, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 5+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, order management, or related area.
• Strong understanding of SCM principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or Shopify) and data-analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, from receipt through processing, shipment, billing, and archiving.
• Implement and refine logistics strategies to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.
• Lead management of customer return requests, tracking, disposition, and processing of credits or RMAs.
• Ensure all customer documentation requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on order status, shipments, invoices, returns, quotes, and policies.
• Maintain communication with internal departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and minimize excess/obsolete stock.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement in logistics.
• Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to evaluate supplier service and quality.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving of hardware, and RMA. Your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality support.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory while minimizing excess and obsolete stock, aligning with supply chain best practices.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
• Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms to evaluate and enhance supplier service and quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or an MBA is advantageous.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, order management, inventory, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics processes, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify; proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to analyze complex logistics challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance across all logistics operations
