Job summary

CMS Imaging, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, organize materials, and assist with shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure safe handling of medical imaging equipment, parts, and supplies while supporting inventory accuracy. As a frontline member of our warehouse team, you will receive, inspect, label, store, and prepare items for service or storage, using forklift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or distribution preferred.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to help keep our warehouse, inventory, and shipments running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will receive and organize materials, prepare orders, support inventory accuracy, and help ensure medical imaging equipment, parts, and supplies are handled safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect, unload, label, store, and track incoming inventory.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with medical equipment, technical products, ERP systems, or freight coordination is helpful.
