Job summary

LifeScience Logistics LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive and verify incoming product, tally and tag receiving dates, and stock shelves per SOPs. You will rotate stock, pick items, and load trailers while operating forklifts and RF scanners in a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasional 75 lbs, with PPE provided for extreme cold and hazardous conditions. Equal opportunity employer with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallets jacks, and reach truck with proper training.
• Experience in a cGMP environment is a plus.
• Adherence to appearance and uniform guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product and check against purchase order for accuracy.
• Tally merchandise and tag receiving date.
• Ensure all slots are stocked properly and overstock is stacked.
• Rotate stock per WI or SOP requirements.
• Pick product as defined on pick sheets.
• Load product onto trailers as directed by Supervisor.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and reliably.
• Report equipment failures to Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse sanitation per Company standards.
• Track time spent on assignments for productivity reporting daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Rotate all applicablestockby Work Instruction (WI) or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements.
• Pick product as defined on pick sheets.
• Loadproductonto trailers as directed by Supervisor.
• Operate all Company warehouse equipment in a safe and reliable manner.
• Report all equipment failures toSupervisor.
• Ensure thatwarehouseismaintainedin a sanitary manner according to Company standards.
• Track time spent on assignments for productivity reportingon a daily basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Employment Requirements

Physical/Mental/Visual Demands

• Work is heavy in nature. Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.frequently, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally withassistance.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Forklift operation requires the ability to hear warehouse activity.
• Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm’s length with or without correction. Forklift operation requires distance vision.
• Correctlyidentifyand record lot and serial numbers.

Working Conditions

• Activities occur both inside (protected from weather conditions but not temperature changes) and outside.
• Employee issubjected to extreme cold during freezer work. LSL provides PPE to ensure employee safety.
• Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and working in high places.

• Equipment : Forklift, floor scrubber, and pallet jack
• Systems : RFscan guns and RF devices
