Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is hiring Warehouse Sorters for our Elwood and Bolingbrook sites. This hands-on role supports warehouse operations focused on quality and customer satisfaction while helping the team meet production goals.

You will hand-sort pallets, reclaim customer-owned materials, and follow safety protocols to support PTZ and quality standards. Great benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Pallets or Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Pay: $18 - $19 per hour
