Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is hiring Warehouse Sorters at our Elwood and Bolingbrook sites. You will hand-sort pallets or break-pack containers, reclaim customer-owned materials, and meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Join a family-oriented team that values safety, collaboration, and growth, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Pallets or Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
