Job summary

Capstone Logistics in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations on a 3rd shift (9 PM start), Sunday through Wednesday. You will supervise associates, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with customers and transportation partners.

The role offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and a benefits package after 30 days. We seek 2–5 years of increasing supervision responsibility in distribution/transportation, strong leadership, and budget

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily cash deposits, log daily work, and report to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing; ensure customer needs are met.
