Warehouse Shipping Supervisor | 2nd Shift

This position offers a salary range of $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year, depending on experience, education, and location, with an additional annual bonus potential of 10% at target.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor | 2nd Shift is responsible for leading and overseeing branch warehouse personnel in the Shipping Department. Responsibilities include ensuring effective order selection and shipping processes, monitoring work environments for safety, and improving productivity and process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in accurate and timely customer order assembly for shipment.
• Foster a professional environment among team members, other departments, and external customers.
• Ensure a safe working environment by directing daily activities.
• Improve productivity through process improvements and effective team management.
• Communicate and enforce company policies related to operations, safety, and administration.
• Assist in performance evaluation and root cause analysis to address variances.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Self-starter with multitasking ability.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficient with AS400, Word, and Excel.
• Experience managing unionized workforces is preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
