Job summary

Ingram Barge Company seeks a Warehouse Specialist in Paducah, KY to handle routine warehouse duties and special assignments under supervision. You will support safe and efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, packing, and shipping activities.

The role requires adherence to regulations, participation in safety briefings, and the ability to manage inventory and coordinate with carriers and vessels to optimize shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be trained in safe forklift operation.
• Understand and comply with all applicable regulations for warehouse operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Ingram and regulatory policies.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and safety huddles.
• Completes equipment inspection checklists and submits for review.
• Load shipments with forklift or by hand as appropriate.
• Conducts inventory cycle counts and reports results.
