Job summary

Distribution Management is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily inbound and outbound activities at its Kentucky distribution center. You will count products, verify against manifests, unload trucks, and ensure orders are picked accurately for shipment.

You will also inspect shipments for damage, assist in inventory counts, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following OSHA standards. Fluent English is required, and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Stable and steady work history in a distribution center or warehouse.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Count all products, compare them to manifest, and check all shipments for damage, hostages, and overages.
• Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
• Unload inbound trucks and safely move products for storage.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked.
• Assemble orders for shipment.
• Ensure outbound shipments are correct and free of damage.
• Repack and weigh any order that requires such handling.
• Report quality variances.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Follow company quality guidelines.
• Keep accurate records and reports.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standard.
