Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk to assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Connecticut. The role emphasizes accurate labeling, packing, and preparing invoices and shipping documents to ensure timely delivery.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A HS diploma or GED and strong English communication are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to 60 minutes or more.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment with accurate labeling and packing.
• Prints daily receipts and cross-checks computer systems for accuracy.
• Notify management of shortages to keep website info up to date.
• Prepare inventory for shipment and attach shipping labels.
• Assemble and fill boxes with items to be shipped and prepare invoices.
• Track inventory and report shortages to sales team.
