Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Experience with shipping processes and inventory is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, postal charges, and safe packaging.
• Print daily receipts and verify accuracy with computer software.
• Inform management of product shortages for website accuracy.
• Prepare inventory for shipment and attach labels.
• Assemble and fill cartons with shipped items.
• Prepare invoices and ensure correct packaging and shipping.
• Track inventory and report shortages to sales.
• Collaborate with shipping clerks to ensure timely processing.
