White Cap Management LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk to assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment. The role involves labeling shipments, calculating postage, and maintaining accurate website stock information.

You will print daily receipts, verify data in the system, prepare invoices, and coordinate with the shipping team to ensure items are shipped and stored according to standards. A HS Diploma or GED and 0-2 years of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4 PM
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and fill boxes and cartons for shipment.
• Ensure shipments have proper labeling and postage.
• Prepare and verify invoices for shipments.
• Print daily sales receipts and cross-checks in the system.
• Track inventory and report shortages to sales team.
• Coordinate with shipping clerks to ensure timely shipping and proper storage.
