White Cap is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Connecticut to assemble orders, prepare goods for shipment, and support daily warehouse operations.

You will label shipments, print invoices, update inventory, and coordinate with the sales team. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4 PM. HS diploma preferred. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Ensure correct labeling, postal charges, and safe packaging.
• Print daily sales receipts and verify accuracy in software.
• Notify management of product shortages for website accuracy.
• Prepare inventory for shipment and attach shipping labels.
• Prepare invoices and ensure packages meet company standards.
• Track inventory and report shortages to the sales team.
• Collaborate with other shipping clerks to ship and store items properly.
