ADC Equipment Innovations is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to support our Weston, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. As a Warehouse Shipping Clerk, you will be expected to maintain and insure 100% accuracy of our products. Customers ultimately judge our performance on the ability to deliver quality products as promised. Your performance should help the company keep our commitments to our customers.

Job Summary

Pulls and packs customer orders for shipment by performing the following duties:

• Receive and verify shipping paperwork via ERP system
• Verify information for accuracy
• Prioritize and schedule multiple shipments simultaneously to fulfill order dates
• Use barcode scanner functionality to accurately pull inventory
• Organize shelves, consolidate products and maintain FIFO inventory
• Inspect for damage or quality issues
• Pull, stage and organize shipments for weekly shipment consolidations
• Request and coordinate carriers
• Pack, skid, wrap or crate to prevent damage in transit
• Fill special requests for materials or other stock items for Supply Chain
• Enter and participate in resolution of Probtraks for accuracy and quality issues
• Cycle count inventory for accuracy
• Support other Warehouse areas as peaks and demands require

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk all day.
• Lift and carry 75 lbs. without external assistance.
• Bend, twist, lift, and carry frequently.
• Stoop, Squat, and kneel occasionally.
