Job summary

Veterinary Service in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Shipping/Inventory Associate to invoice and manifest shipments, pull and pack products, and ensure accurate labeling for customer orders.

Under supervision, you will track shipments with UPS, FedEx, and Speedee, work with shipping software, and support inventory prep. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma with courses in math and computer operations.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret pick tickets; write business correspondence via email.

Responsibilities

• Accurately invoice customers for products being shipped using computerized shipping software.
• Track packages through UPS, Speedee and Fed Ex.
• Accurately pulling products from shelves.
• Applying RX labels to applicable product to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Carefully packaging product to be shipped to our customers.
• Labeling and stocking shelves with newly received products.
• LEAN processes: dusting, sweeping, organizing ice packs.
