Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate for a full-time, long-term contract-to-hire role in Spokane, WA. The position is fully onsite and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

You will receive, verify, and organize shipments, maintain inventory records, pick and pack orders, and enter data into ERP systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, track, and manage inventory and materials.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Experience with packaging, shipping, and material handling.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good attendance and stable work history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Pick, kit, pack, and prepare orders for production and customer deliveries
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Enter inventory, shipping, and receiving data into ERP and inventory systems
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
