Autonomy Staffing in Renton, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The role trains and handles incoming/outgoing shipments, maintains accurate inventory records, and supports efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of shipping and inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and solid computer skills. The position is full-time Monday–Friday, with starting pay of $23/hour and a bump to $26/hour once brought on full time.

Qualifications

1+ year of shipping and inventory experience.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient with computers, including inventory management software, email, and basic office applications.
Ability to lift, move, and handle packages as needed.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilités

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
Accurately prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments for delivery.
Maintain and update inventory records using computer-based inventory management systems.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues promptly.
Operate standard warehouse equipment safely and follow all company policies and safety procedures.
