Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Shipping in Spokane, WA. The role involves pulling, packing, and staging orders, receiving shipments, and operating warehouse equipment. Compensation starts at $18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential after 5:00 pm.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 12 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., with potential overtime as tasks complete. You will join a fast-paced team focused on accuracy, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders all day.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and correct parts/quantities at each step.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
