Job summary

REPAY Management Services is seeking a dependable Shipper/Receiver for our Piscataway, NJ facility. The role focuses on seamless shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory, and keeping the operations area organized and safe.

You will handle scheduling, documentation, and carrier coordination to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, forklift certification, ability to drive a 5 tonne truck, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift operation with certification required.
• Ability to drive a 5 tonne truck.
• Flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed shoes required for each shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive goods; maintain and upkeep the facility.
• Process paperwork and keep records for reporting and tracking.
• Maintain shipping documents filing.
• Prepare and schedule shipments; create daily shipment schedule.
• Coordinate daily transport with carriers; oversee loading/unloading.
• Track shipments and verify receipts; manage inventory of materials.
• Create requisitions and obtain approvals for supplies.
• Sort and distribute incoming shipments; perform quality audits.
• Report discrepancies; adhere to safety and procedural standards.
• Ensure proper documentation per shipment; handle multi-item lists.
• Problem-solve missing documents or shipments; keep area organized.
• Occasionally operate a company vehicle; maintain facility cleanliness.
