Job summary

PrideStaff is partnering with a leading local company in Fort Myers, FL to fill a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator role. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy keeping orders and inventory flowing, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting inbound shipments, picking/packing orders, cycle counts, carrier coordination, and using basic inventory/shipping software. Entry-level with 1–2 years experience; forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent shipping and receiving experience (required).
• Forklift operating experience and comfort working on the dock.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and regularly.
• Background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory) preferred.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for on-time shipment.
• Perform cycle counts; organize stock for efficient space utilization.
• Coordinate with carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight providers.
• Utilize basic computer skills to operate inventory/shipping software.
• Interpret packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Document and report damages or discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping.

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime may be available)
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Experience Level: Entry-level; 1-2 years
