Job summary

TLCH Foods in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle daily receiving and shipping, move materials, and maintain accurate inventory using our NAV ERP system. You’ll follow SOPs and GMPs, ensure proper labeling, and support FEFO/FIFO processes in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a warehouse, can read English instructions, and are comfortable working nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Comfort working in refrigerated environments and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship products following SOP/GMP.
• Label and verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and product identifiers.
• Use RFID scanner to update inventory inputs/outputs and maintain accurate records.
• Operate in NAV ERP for inventory management and FEFO/FIFO workflows.
• Sort, store, and wrap pallets for secure shipments and participates in cycle counts if needed.
• Assist with monthly/ADHOC training as required.
