TLCH Foods seeks a Warehouse Associate for the East Coast Distribution Center in Westampton, NJ. This full-time role on 1st shift offers $17.50–$19.50 per hour and involves accurate receiving, labeling, and inventory handling for organic, conventional, and allergen products.

You will use RFID scanning, NAV ERP, and FEFO/FIFO methods to maintain precise stock levels, perform cycle counts, and participate in monthly training to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in warehouse setting.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience with RFID scanners is preferred but not required.
• Experience with warehouse inventory management systems.
• Experience using lot tags and expiration dates.

Responsabilités

• Execute tasks according to SOP and GMP for the production center.
• Storage and labeling of Organic, Conventional, and Allergens.
• Use RFID scanner to update inventory inputs/outputs.
• Receive and ship products in NAV ERP for accurate inventory management.
• Follow FEFO and FIFO inventory systems.
• Receive, off-load, sort, store and retrieve products accurately.
• Participate in cycle counts or Month End Inventory as needed.
• Inspect containers, materials and products for quality conformance.
• Verify packing lists, lot numbers and expiration dates match products.
• Sort, build and wrap pallets for secure shipments.
• Complete assigned monthly and ADHOC training.

What will you be doing:

• Execute tasks according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for the production center as trained.
• Execute proper storage and labeling of Organic, Conventional (Non-Organic), and Allergens
• Ability to accurately use the Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) scanner to update inventory inputs and outputs.
• Ability to receive and ship products in our NAV ERP system, to allow for the most accurate warehouse Inventory Management.
• Ability to follow the First Expired First Out (“FEFO”) and First In First Out (“FIFO”) system.
• Responsible for receiving, off-loading (Non- Powered Equipment), sorting, storing and retrieving products accurately and efficiently as trained.
• Responsible for participating in cycle counts or Month End Inventory if needed.
• Responsible for examining/inspecting containers, materials and products to verify conformance to quality standards as trained.
• Responsible for ensuring packing list/labels, lot numbers, expiration dates, and any other product identifiers match products received and/or shipped.
• Responsible for sorting, building and wrapping pallets for secure and accurate shipments.
• Responsible for completing all assigned monthly and ADHOC training

Qualifications: Who you are and why you're right for us:

• Experience with RFID scanner experience - preferred not required.
• Experience with warehouse Inventory Management systems.
• Experience utilizing or basic understanding of lot tags and expiration dates.
• Ability to adapt to changes in priority and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a variety of shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently and or in a group setting, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º-42º Fahrenheit) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment. This includes executing assigned tasks in the freezer as needed.
