Job summary

TLCH Foods in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our food manufacturing facility. You will handle receiving, shipping, labeling, and inventory control while following SOPs, GMPs, and safety practices.

You will use RFID scanning and our NAV ERP system to maintain accurate stock records, follow FEFO/FIFO, and participate in cycle counts and monthly inventory as needed. We offer benefits and a stable, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience with RFID scanner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks according to SOP and GMP for the production center.
• Store and label Organic, Conventional, and Allergens.
• Use RFID scanner to update inventory inputs and outputs.
• Receive and ship products in NAV ERP for inventory management.
• Follow FEFO and FIFO systems for inventory control.
• Receive, off-load, sort, store and retrieve products accurately.
• Participate in cycle counts or Month End Inventory as needed.
• Verify packing lists, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product identifiers.
• Sort, build and wrap pallets for shipments.
• Complete all assigned monthly and ADHOC training.
