Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a second-shift operator to work 11:30 AM to 8 PM in a cold, fast-paced production environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, complete paperwork, and ensure GMP compliance while maintaining accuracy and teamwork.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may involve more tasks as part of the production team. Blount offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or up to 3 months related experience.
• Ability to operate Reach Trucks and ride-on pallet jacks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced cold environment and follow GMPs.

Responsibilities

THIS POSITION IS SECOND SHIFT, HOURS ARE 11:30AM-8PM.

The pay range for this job is $18.00 to $18.45 per hour.

Summary:

This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced cold environment, a "can do attitude", flexible, and the ability to follow procedures. Person must be detailed, reliable and team oriented

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Forklift/Pallet Jack Operation
• Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly, where applicable.
• Must adhere to posted GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) when working within the production facility.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
