Position Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to support our location at 520 Pedericktown Rd, handling incoming and outgoing supplies.

Responsibilities:

Shipping:

• Preparing sales orders for picking and shipping.
• Completing shipping logs.
• Verifying outbound load PO numbers and destinations.
• Assigning dock doors and locking trailers.
• Obtaining signatures from loaders and truck drivers.
• Posting shipments in Business Central.
• Scanning shipping packets to relevant parties.
• Preparing 3rd party BOLs.

Inventory Control:

• Performing weekly counts of finished goods and raw materials.
• Logging counts into Excel spreadsheets.
• Recounting as required.
• Performing cycle counts as needed.
• Managing recovery and disposal of damaged products.

Requirements:

• Highly organized and accurate.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours daily.
• Ability to work independently, spending 80% of time on the warehouse floor and 20% in an office.
