Job summary

IPCMobile in Irvine, CA is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Shipping Associate for a stable, full-time role with hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri. Benefit-rich program starts from day one and includes comprehensive health insurance options.

You will receive, inspect, inventory, pick, pack, and ship products, process RMAs, create labels, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with physical work, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills (apps, PC, email).
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive products, check for damage, and enter into inventory
• Process customer returns (RMAs)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipping
• Create shipping labels, confirm shipments, and share tracking details with Sales
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)
• Assist warehouse and production teammates as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures and keep a clean, safe workspace

What You’ll Do
