You will receive, inspect, and enter shipments, process returns, pick and pack orders, create labels, coordinate with carriers, and keep the workspace safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Comfortable with physical work, including bending and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (using apps, PC, email).

Responsibilities

• Receive products, check for damage, and enter into inventory.
• Process customer returns (RMAs).
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
