Nature's Touch Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Front Royal, VA. The role handles daily shipping/receiving tasks in our warehouse, including data entry in ERP/WMS, driver coordination, and inventory accuracy.

You will create receipts, pick tickets, and coordinate with carriers while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates have an associate degree, strong attention to detail, ERP/WMS experience, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Inventory experience (cycle counts, audit counts, etc.).
• Stand up/dock stocker forklift certified.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work for short periods of time at -10˚F.

Responsibilities

• Reading customer orders to determine items to pick and ship.
• Verifying incoming shipments against records.

• Ensuring inventory data integrity and accuracy.
• Documenting and filing paperwork, preparing reports for management.
• Ensuring pickers/loaders follow QC specs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area.

About the Position

The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for daily office tasks related to the shipping and receiving functions in our warehouse.

What you will do:

• Data entry into ERP/WMS system
• Attending driver's window.
• Handling paperwork for drivers.
• Assigning doors for loading and unloading.
• Reads customer order, sales order, or requisition to determine items to be picked and shipped.
• Verifies that incoming shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities against bills of lading, purchase orders, manifests, or related records.
• Verifies that outbound shipments are correctly picked by comparing items, quantities and best by dates against pick tickets.
• Setup in the ERP system the transfer orders for Raw material, Finished Goods, and/or Packaging between warehouses to support production planning.
• Create pick tickets for outbound shipments.
• Create receipt paperwork for inbound shipments.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with carriers.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data.
• Document and file paperwork, prepare reports for management.
• Ensures the pickers and loaders follow quality control truck's specifications.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly working area.

The ideal candidate

• Associate degree preferred.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Must have inventory experience (cycle counts, audit counts, etc.)
• Stand up/dock stocker forklift certified.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work for short periods of time at -10˚F.
