About the Position

The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for daily office tasks related to the shipping and receiving functions in our warehouse.

What you will do:

Data entry into ERP/WMS system
Attending driver's window.
Handling paperwork for drivers.
Assigning doors for loading and unloading.
Reads customer order, sales order, or requisition to determine items to be picked and shipped.
Verifies that incoming shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities against bills of lading, purchase orders, manifests, or related records.
Verifies that outbound shipments are correctly picked by comparing items, quantities and best by dates against pick tickets.
Setup in the ERP system the transfer orders for Raw material, Finished Goods, and/or Packaging between warehouses to support production planning.
Create pick tickets for outbound shipments.
Create receipt paperwork for inbound shipments.
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with carriers.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data.
Document and file paperwork, prepare reports for management.
Ensures the pickers and loaders follow quality control truck's specifications.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly working area.
