Job summary

Nature's Touch Frozen Foods is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Front Royal facility. The role involves data entry in ERP/WMS, processing driver paperwork, and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments with carriers. This is a full-time on-site position in the Rt.

340/522 service area. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, strong attention to detail, experience with ERP/WMS, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Inventory experience (cycle counts, audit counts).
• Forklift certified (stand up/dock stocker).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work for short periods at -10°F.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into ERP/WMS system.
• Attending driver's window.
• Handling paperwork for drivers.
• Assigning doors for loading and unloading.
• Reads customer order, sales order, or requisition to determine items to be picked and shipped.
• Verifies that incoming shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities against bills of lading, purchase orders, manifests, or related records.
• Verifies that outbound shipments are correctly picked by comparing items, quantities and best by dates against pick tickets.
• Setup in the ERP system the transfer orders for Raw material, Finished Goods, and/or Packaging between warehouses to support production planning.
• Create pick tickets for outbound shipments.
• Create receipt paperwork for inbound shipments.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with carriers.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data.
• Document and file paperwork, prepare reports for management.
• Ensures the pickers and loaders follow quality control truck's specifications.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly working area.

About the Position

The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for daily office tasks related to the shipping and receiving functions in our warehouse.
