Veolia Group in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting. You will pick, pack, label shipments, operate a stand-up reach truck forklift, and maintain accurate inventory in ERP systems.

The role requires attention to detail, safety, and reliability. Requires High School diploma, prior warehouse experience, and certification for the stand-up reach truck.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Current stand‑up reach truck forklift certification with hands‑on operating experience.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Experience navigating ERP or warehouse systems to support order processing and shipment activities.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments and create shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, or similar systems).
• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move, load, and organize inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
• Support inventory-related tasks, including counting and tracking stock as needed.
• Update and maintain order and shipment information within ERP or warehouse systems to support accurate fulfillment and tracking.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe working conditions.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety standards.
