Job summary

SURESTAFF is hiring for a Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) in Dallas, TX. You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and handle picking, packing, shipping/receiving, and RF scanning as part of a dynamic team.

This temp-to-hire role offers $17 per hour, with health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and referral bonuses. Shifts run Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, with overtime available on a first come, first serve basis.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication, problem-solving, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload pallets; scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner.
• Safely and efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report unsafe conditions.

Job description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates (Shipping & Receiving) for a large, well-known client in Dallas, TX. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

• Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
• Quality Assurance
• Inventory Control (RF Scanners)

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $17 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm . Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
