Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates in Arlington, Texas. Shifts run up to 10 hours with start times as early as 5am and end as late as 8:30pm. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role earning up to $14.50 per hour.

No high school diploma is required; on-site tour is required before start date. You will lift up to 50 lbs, operate warehouse tools (scanner), and perform duties across shipping, receiving, picking and packing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Proficient in basic computer use and warehouse tools (e.g., scanner).
• Ability to understand, follow and execute written and/or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise, handle product, shipping, receiving, sorting, packing.
• Perform repetitive movements and stay mobile throughout shift.
• Meet goals, standards and expectations.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role.
• Proficient in basic computer use as well as the ability to operate warehouse tools (e.g. scanner)
• Ability to understand, follow and execute written and/or verbal instructions
• Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have an eye and attention for detail

• Must be self-disciplined and have the ability to work independently without constant oversight
• Ability to work across multiple department
• Must be able to do overtime on weekly and daily basis
• Being able to pass background
• Mandatory onsite tour is required before a start date will be provided.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• This is a cross-functional role; tasks include, but are not limited to: moving merchandise, handling product, shipping, receiving, sorting, visual and odor inspection, picking and packing
• Perform repetitive movements (e.g.. climbing ladders), standing, reaching, bending, squatting, stationary. Mobile or physicallyactive for entirety of the shift.
• Comply and meet standard operating procedures
• Meet goals, standards and expectations
• Accountable for personal time and attendance
• Communicate and cooperate with team members and leadership
• Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
