Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse. You will supervise, train, develop, and coach workgroups while upholding high standards for accuracy and customer service.

You will maintain a positive teamwork culture, ensure safety policy adherence, coordinate resources, and implement development plans to grow department capabilities. Strong communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Flexibility to work shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
